WOW…You have got to be kidding me!!!!!
Sarah Palin for VP…really McCain? If this is what America has to look forward to I am seriously scared. This ticket would make the Bush/Cheney years look like a peach. What kind of stuff are they teaching in Alaska? I live across the ocean from Russia, Putin flies over me, therefore I have foreign policy experience and am ready and prepared to be president if something should happen. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!! Seriously, all Republicans should be running scared from this ticket! I honestly feel sorry for this woman. This interview alone shows that she is not prepared to deal with important foreign diplomats.

they said the McCain folks did a dry run debate with Palin the other day and it was so bad they are really worried and want to do something to cancel it… like move tonights debate to next thursday and somehow someway maybe reschedule the VP debate…

Anyone who wants to leave America, needs to get some experience on the outside first. It is easy to run down America from the inside. Live outside of it for a month… heck 2 weeks made me home sick.
Maybe we should not talk crap on any of these candidates. Have any of you even met these people and got to really know them? Or are you just media smart. I’m sure that each one of you have thought bad of either party for talking crap about the other. So why do it yourself?

Your right… and we can and need to try to have some discernment as to who and how we are going to vote because it effects our lives and the lives of others. Unfortunately what most of us do is we decide on what we will believe in… booze…drugs…the bible…jesus…or a multitude of other belief systems including democrat or republican and then we spend our time trying to find things that ’support’ our belief… to the exclusion of other information. Which is why the liberal left is so much alike and why the radical republican right is so conservative while the bulk of people are actually somewhat liberal and somewhat conservative. It’s the Karl Roves who feed on those belief systems… so you are right none of us really know any of the candidates but we can see their actions … the best preaching comes from action… read the comment below from a friend of mine…: I was called by a fellow from a church that I know and asked to refer this young lady to a funeral home…the response below is from the head of the cemetery/funeral home…..
Yes, we did get that young youth pastor that was killed on I-5. Our funeral home handled the funeral segment and we also had the burial in our cemetery as well. Thank you very much for the referral. I’m not sure how well you knew these people, or the situation, but I will tell you that this young widow is an amazing Christian woman. Anyone who could sit there and watch her husband be run over; then go and spend some time holding his lifeless body; but then quit thinking of herself and instead go seek out the woman who ran him over to see how she was doing and to offer her forgiveness and to assure her that she held no hard-feelings against her, HAS to be an incredible Christian. WOW! What she did was to impressive that even the liberal TV media, which normally refuses to ever mention Christianity in a positive way, had very good things to say about this woman who could forgive the driver. She even sent the woman an e-mail and invited her to feel free to attend the funeral, in the hope that she would experience healing from her own remorse; assuring her that she would be very welcome and would be received as part of their Christian family. Just hearing about it makes the hair stand up on the back of your neck. I wonder………could I be that forgiving??

So you see… we can tell things about people from their actions without really ‘knowing’ them….actions speak louder than words.. this young lady did more for Jesus than all the TV preachers combined…
I’d simply request…before you vote… look deeply at the actions of the people involved…not what they say but what they actually do…what they take pleasure in…. helping people or shooting moose.
